Eligibility and business information

The person creating an account must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business they represent. Supply accurate business and contact information. Do not imply that MAGIC TALENT endorses, employs or represents your business or the talent you contact.

Business review and contacting talent

The Management Team handles business reviews. A review or approval is not a guarantee of a business's conduct, financial standing, suitability or an engagement's safety. [CONFIRM published review criteria, evidence requested and approval duration.]

Describe roles and projects honestly, including relevant dates, deliverables, compensation and usage expectations. Do not send misleading opportunities, discriminatory or exploitative demands, spam, harassment or requests for intimate material. Use information received from talent only for legitimate, disclosed purposes; do not resell contact details or scrape profiles.

Engagements

An inquiry does not reserve a talent member or establish an engagement. Obtain agreement on scope, pay, expenses, dates, usage rights and cancellation arrangements directly with the relevant parties. [CONFIRM the platform's role and the allocation of responsibilities in these agreements.]

Membership

The published plan identifies its included features and limits. The Membership, Cancellation and Refund Policy covers the default membership arrangements. Separate negotiated business or Enterprise terms apply only where actually supplied and agreed; this draft does not invent them. Statutory consumer rights are not removed where they apply to a customer.

[CONFIRM any business-specific terms, team-seat responsibilities, review refusal/suspension grounds, appeals and fair limitations of liability before finalisation.]
