You must be at least 18 to become a member. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and contact the Management Team if you believe your account has been misused. Do not impersonate another person or allow another person to use your account without authorisation.
Your profile and work
Only submit photographs, videos, text and other material that you have the right to share. Obtain the necessary permissions from identifiable people featured in your work. Do not publish confidential client material or another person's personal contact information without permission.
You retain ownership of your work. Discovery and enquiries
MAGIC TALENT is a discovery and connection platform. A recommendation, inquiry or profile view is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of a booking. AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate and do not replace a client's own assessment. MAGIC TALENT does not rank talent by attractiveness.
Members should agree any engagement's scope, pay, expenses, usage rights, dates, cancellations and safety arrangements before proceeding. [CONFIRM the platform's contractual role in member-to-client engagements and whether any booking payments will ever be handled by the platform.]
Membership and conduct
The Membership, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to membership payments once enabled. Members must follow the Community Standards and Safeguarding Policy. Concerns and account questions can be sent to the Management Team.
